Request a Bahamas Charter Quote
Send us your dates and we will come back with the yachts that are genuinely available and what each one costs.
Get in Touch
The quickest way to reach us is the form on this page. It goes straight to the people who handle charter enquiries and gives us everything needed to check availability in one go, which usually means a faster and more useful reply than a phone call.
We aim to respond to charter enquiries the same day wherever possible. If you are working to a tight deadline, say so in your message and we will prioritise it.
Email is our preferred method of contact, but you are welcome to call if you would rather talk it through.

Charters depart from Nassau, Bahamas. We arrange private charters throughout Nassau, Paradise Island, Rose Island and the Exumas.
About Availability and Pricing
Yacht availability and charter pricing change constantly. Vessels are sold, repositioned between Miami and Nassau, and come in and out of the charter market seasonally. Rates move with demand, fuel costs and market conditions.
Nothing shown on this website is a live booking system, and a yacht listed here is not guaranteed to be available. Send us your dates and we will confirm what is genuinely free and what it costs.

The more detail you can give us, the more useful our reply will be.

Questions Before You Get in Touch
What to include in your enquiry, and what happens next.
What information should I include in my enquiry?
Your dates, how many guests, and roughly what you want from the day. Those three things let us check real availability immediately. Anything else is a bonus.
How quickly will you reply?
We aim to respond the same day wherever possible. If your dates are close or you are deciding between options, say so and we will prioritise it.
Is it better to call or to send a message?
A written enquiry is usually faster and more useful, because it gives us everything needed to check availability in one go. Email is our preferred method of contact, though you are welcome to call if you would rather talk it through.
Am I committing to anything by enquiring?
No. An enquiry gets you options and pricing. Nothing is committed until you have seen the terms in writing and agreed to them.
Can you quote without exact dates?
We can give you a general sense, but charter pricing and availability are so date dependent that an approximate quote is of limited use. Even a rough date range makes the answer far more accurate.
What if I do not know which yacht I want?
That is the normal situation and it is genuinely fine. Describe the group and the day you have in mind and we will suggest vessels rather than expecting you to choose from a list.
Can you help if we are a large group?
Yes. Larger groups usually point toward the bigger catamarans because of the deck space. Tell us the number and we will tell you what realistically fits.
Do you take last minute bookings?
Sometimes, particularly outside high season. It is always worth asking, because schedules change and a vessel that was committed last week may be free.
What are your contact details?
Email is info@YachtsBahamas.com and the phone number is +1 305 515 4735. Both reach the people who handle charter enquiries.
Why is the phone number a United States number?
The company operates across Miami and Nassau, which is also why yachts move between the two. The number reaches us either way.
Can I get pricing without giving my phone number?
Yes. An email address is enough for us to send you options. We ask for a phone number because it is often quicker to resolve a date question in one call than in five emails.
Will my details be used for anything else?
No. We use what you send only to answer your charter enquiry.
Prefer to Talk It Through?
If it is easier to explain what you are after out loud, call us. Otherwise the form above will get you a faster and more detailed reply.
